NH residents must have their initial appointment with us in person per state regulations. Afterwards, they can recertify via telehealth.

MA residents can utilize telehealth or in-person for any of their visits.

Please email a copy of your medical diagnoses from your PCP/specialist as well as a copy of the front of your driver's license to support@faroutalternativecare.com.
